These Terms are a binding contract between you and ASSISTTECH CORP., a New Jersey corporation ("AuraStyle", "we", "us"), governing your use of the AuraStyle mobile application and related services (the "Service").
By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
Our Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference.
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the European Economic Area and United Kingdom) and legally able to enter a contract. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms. If you use the Service for an organisation, you represent that you may bind it.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@assisttechcorp.com if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are used unlawfully, or create risk for us or other users.
AuraStyle analyses your stated and inferred style preferences and recommends clothing available from third-party retailers.
The Service provides suggestions, not advice. Match percentages, outfit generations and style reports are algorithmic estimates. They are not professional styling, tailoring, sizing, medical or financial advice. Fit guidance is approximate and is not a substitute for a retailer's own size chart. You are solely responsible for your purchasing decisions.
You retain all rights in any photograph you submit.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to process that photograph in memory, for the sole purpose of computing style attributes, for the duration of that single request. This licence terminates automatically when processing completes — which, as described in the Privacy Policy §4, is when the image is destroyed.
We do not acquire the right to store, publish, distribute, sell, or train generalised models on your photographs, and we do not do so.
You represent that you own or have permission to submit each photograph, and that submitting it does not violate anyone's rights. Do not upload images of other people without their consent, images of minors, or unlawful content.
You retain ownership of wardrobe entries, names, notes and preferences you create ("Your Content"). You grant us a licence to host, store, reproduce and display Your Content solely to operate the Service for you. You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the right to submit it.

AuraStyle earns affiliate commission on qualifying purchases made through links in the app. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. Commission does not change your price and does not influence your recommendation ranking.
Products are sold by third-party retailers, not by us. We are not a party to your transaction. We do not control and are not responsible for: product availability, accuracy of prices or descriptions, quality, authenticity, shipping, returns, refunds, warranties, or retailer customer service. Product information is supplied by retailers or their feeds and may be out of date or incorrect — always confirm details on the retailer's own page before buying.
Disputes about an order are between you and the retailer, under that retailer's terms and privacy policy.
The Service — including its software, design, the AuraStyle name and logo, the style taxonomy, the matching system and all generated imagery — is owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Third-party trademarks and product imagery belong to their owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement of AuraStyle by them.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We aim to give notice of material changes but are not obliged to where a change is needed urgently for security, legal or operational reasons. The Service is provided on an "as available" basis; we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, unlawful use, or prolonged inactivity, with notice where practicable.
On termination: your licence ends immediately; your account and associated data are deleted as described in the Privacy Policy; §§9, 12, 13, 14 and 15 survive. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription bought through Google Play — cancel that in your Play account (see §16).
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
We do not warrant that recommendations will suit you, that product information is accurate, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AURASTYLE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and by applicable United States federal law. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Before filing anything, contact us at legal@assisttechcorp.com with a description of the dispute. We will try in good faith to resolve it within 60 days.
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY — IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and AuraStyle agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, before one arbitrator, seated in Hudson County, New Jersey, or by videoconference at your election. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section.
Exceptions: either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court for infringement or misuse of intellectual property.
YOU AND AURASTYLE AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any form of representative proceeding. If this waiver is found unenforceable, the whole of §14.3 is void as to the affected claims.
You may opt out of §§14.3 and 14.4 by emailing legal@assisttechcorp.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, stating your name, the email on your account, and that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.
If §14.3 does not apply, the state and federal courts located in Hudson County, New Jersey have exclusive jurisdiction, and both parties consent to that venue.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AuraStyle and its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claim, liability, damage, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms or applicable law, your content, or your infringement of a third party's rights.
Premium is an auto-renewing subscription that removes the free-tier limits on outfit generation and outfit scanning. Free accounts receive a daily allowance, stated in the app before you subscribe.
Cancel any time in Google Play → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep Premium until then. Deleting the app or your AuraStyle account does not cancel billing — cancel through the store.
Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's refund policy. We cannot issue refunds for store-processed purchases directly. Where consumer law grants you a statutory right of withdrawal or refund, that right applies regardless of this section.
We may change the price. We will give you notice in advance, and any increase takes effect only after your explicit consent where the store requires it, or at the start of a renewal period after notice. You may cancel before it applies.
If you send us ideas or suggestions, you grant us an unrestricted, perpetual, royalty-free right to use them without obligation or compensation to you.
